How to

Contact / House Call Request

Step 1

We accept house call reservations (medical appointment reservations) by phone or through our website. Please first describe your symptoms in detail to our operator.

Triage & House Call Assessment

Step 2

Our operator will contact the doctor on duty that day, and if a house call is deemed appropriate, we will inform you of the available time and the attending doctor. The final decision on whether a house call is appropriate will be made by the doctor.

Doctor's Visit

Step 3

The doctor will visit your hotel. The doctor will bring examination equipment, medical tools, and medication, and will visit the hotel with a driver. Please understand that we may be delayed from the scheduled visit time depending on the situation.

Examination & Prescription

Step 4

The doctor will examine you and conduct tests as necessary. Rapid tests for COVID-19, influenza, adenovirus, and strep throat are available. The doctor will provide you with a few days' worth of medication on the spot and explain the effects and how to take it.
